Come see our exhibit,
"Picturing America"!!

A generous grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities has provided us with a wonderful set of forty laminated images representing some of the best works of American art.

These images will be available for teachers to borrow along with a resource book, in mid-October, 2008.
Many thanks to N.E.H.!!!

Gertrude Rabadan Memorial Fund
On December 10th at 1:30 pm the Library will have a commemorative ceremony and dedication of the display case bought by the friends and family of Gertrude Rabadan.

From 1983 until 1997, Gertrude Rabadan served as a library volunteer and then as an assistant at the Circulation Desk at the Township Library.  She was a stalwart member of the staff and a valuable public relations liaison to our many users.

Mrs. Rabadan died on December 10, 2007 and the Library has established a memorial fund in recognition of her dedicated service to the Library and all those who used its resources.

Gertrude was known for her positive approach to life, her willingness to take on whatever challenges came her way, and for her dedication to learning.
In her roles as mother, grandmother, and great grandmother she was always in contact with children and she imparted a half century's wisdom gained from those roles to our patrons and her colleagues here.

The Library welcomes all contributions to the Gertrude Rabadan Memorial Fund.
